Pioneer Advent Services

Come celebrate the beginning of the advent season in a fashion similar to what your ancestors did. The Norway Lake Lutheran Historical Association of Norway Lake is preparing for the Christmas season with their annual Advent Service

on Sunday afternoon, November 30th at 2:00 PM

at the Norway Lake Lutheran Log Church.

There will be an old fashioned hymn sing in both Norwegian and English, treats and a little lunch following the service. Pastor Amy Juel-Palmer will bring the message. We want especially to invite young children and families to attend. This is a great opportunity for young and old alike to experience a little bit of life on the Sunburg prairie. The church is not heated except by the Sun and your presence, so dress warmly.

The church is located SE of Sunburg, MN 7 miles just off County Road 40 or 12 miles west of New London. For more information go to www.nllha.org/visit.htm or follow us on facebook.

Everyone is welcome.
